The Pike Place Espresso Bar

Every bite of Seattle Chocolate is a story. It's a collaboration of producers, artists and makers that makes each truffle bar worth celebrating. The Pike Place Espresso Bar starts with a unique blend of decaffeinated Turkish ground coffee roasted at Joe's Garage Coffee that is infused into our dark chocolate. The perfect gift, it's wrapped in an illustration by local designer, Bruce Hale, paying homage to a Seattle landmark. Every sale From ingredients to design, watch the Northwest journey of the Pike Place Espresso Bar.

72% Dark Origin - story

Flavors so unique, we traveled the world to find them. The story of our 72% cacao dark truffle bar began when our CEO, Jean Thompson, traveled to Central America to gets hands-on with how the world's chocolate is sourced. The results? We created our own custom blend of Nicaraguan beans, delivering  flavor notes that are fruit forward, earthy and slightly acidic.  We oversee the entire pre and post harvest process - fermenting, drying, roasting, conching, tempering, pouring, moulding and finally delivering to our customers. Beans are ethically sourced and hand selected. Shop 72% Dark Origin.
